Hello! Thank you for checking out my carrd. I go by Hound (or bullherder), I am non-binary hobby artist, and use they/them or it/its pronouns.

Terms of Service

✧ by sending an order inquiry you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read the entirety of this page.✧ “the customer” refers to the individual purchasing the service/sending the completed inquiry form.

Conditions
➳ The customer must be 18 years or older to order a commission.
➳ I retain the right to refuse a commission.
➳ I will not draw anything I am not comfortable with, anthropromorphic/human characters (bipedal), characters with wings, anything heavily influenced by religious themes, discriminatory ideals, racially insensitive, sexually suggestive, or ableist.
➳ I have the right to post the process of any drawing and the completed drawing on my social media platforms.
➳ Upon completion of the drawing the customer may upload the given PNG file to any social media as long as it is accompanied with a link back to my carrd website.
➳ The customer may not alter or repurpose the drawing in any form, including but not limited to: tracing, heavily referencing, recoloring, removing parts of or otherwise altering the artwork/watermark.

Payment and Fees
➳ Payments are accepted through Paypal or Venmo invoice only.
➳ I only accept USD payments.
➳ Additional fees may apply to the price of purchase of the customer’s request. Depending on difficulty factors, the prices of these fees may change on an individual basis.
➳ I require full payment upfront before any work is begun.

Progress and Turnaround
➳ I will only work from a clear digital PNG reference image with pickable colors or no shading on the character.
➳ Depending on the type of drawing the customer wants, the turnaround time for the piece(s) will vary from 1 week to 4 months upon the approval of the sketch.
➳ Progress reports will be given to the customer upon completion of a stage (lineart, color, shading, etc.) and upon request of the customer.
➳ I will not make any major alterations to the drawing after the sketch and background is approved by the customer.

Monetization and Commercialization
➳ The customer may not monetize or commercialize any given drawing (process preview or completed piece) in any form.
➳ Any stickers, pins, t-shirt designs, etc. ideas or plans must be plainly listed in customer’s inquiry, and terms on use of said items will be discussed before completion of drawing.
➳ **Any art I have taken a part in the production of (i.e. bases, linearts, sketches) or produced individually is not to be used for NFTs, AI generated images, cryptocurrency, blockchains, etc.

Cancellations and Refunds
➳ During the commission process, I am able to cancel a commission (with a reason) and a full refund will be given. If the commissioner decides they would not like a refund at the time of notice, or the commissioner does not respond within 3 weeks of being notified then a refund will not be given.
➳ If the customer wishes to cancel their commission before completion a partial refund will be given on an individual basis.
➳ If the commissioner cancels a commission the sketch or otherwise completed elements of the drawing may become a “Your Character Here” (YCH) or personal drawing for myself.
